On the outskirts of Northeast Minneapolis, Urban Daisy brings 12,000 square feet of urban architecture to the wedding and events world. I recently did a stylized shoot for Urban Daisy with a team of vendors (see list below) and it was a dream! Huge windows line the walls underneath tall ceilings. Oh, and the space is pillar-free, ensuring everyone gets a view—even the photographer!
Among the excellent features of this venue are the two Signature Suites for bride and groom, allowing privacy and convenience to get ready for the big day. There’s also the Daisy Cocktail Space, bringing a touch of nature to the urban architecture with a live moss wall and planters. And something you don’t see too often in other wedding venues— the Kidspace with nannies for hire.
For this shoot, we utilized bright spring colors in everything from the invitations to the floral arrangements to the desserts. These colors popped from the white walls and fit perfectly with the sunlight shining through the tall windows. We also made use of the ceiling fixtures with hanging lights and greenery giving a burst of nature. What a beautiful venue!
