Alivia and Noah were married on a beautiful summer day in Minneapolis and summers in the Twin Cities are particularly gorgeous.
Noah met Alivia in one of the hallways for a first look. They donned their best, embraced, and were greeted by a special guests—a cutout of Nicholas Cage!
The couple held their ceremony and reception at The Riverside room within Minneapolis Event Centers. This particular space boasts exposed brick, open rafters, and big glass windows forming a natural aisle of light. A sparkling glass chandelier installation hangs from the center of the room creating beautiful waves of light. Speaking of, I particularly love the archway at the end of the aisle where Alivia and Noah said “I do.” It was decorated in beautiful flowers in reds and magentas by Twin Cities wedding florist Haute House Studio.
After the ceremony, Keyed Up Events wedding planning and coordination helped switch the room from a ceremony setup to the reception. Guests enjoyed drinks and hors d’oeuvres by Entrouage Event Group’s exclusive venue caterer.
Before the sun went down, we went to one of my favorite locations for wedding portraits. Down by the river, the skyline of downtown Minneapolis was aglow in evening light and reflected in the Mississippi River. When we returned, the DJ with Trustworthy Music was keeping the dance floor bustling — everyone took a group photo on the dance floor to kick things off and dance the night away.
Congrats, Alivia and Noah!
